How quickly can you get here?
We prioritise emergency calls and aim to respond as quickly as possible across Canberra and surrounding areas. When you call, we’ll give you a realistic timeframe straight away.
Do you charge call-out fees?
We provide clear, upfront pricing before work begins. You’ll know what to expect before we start. Our standard call out feed (inclusive of 30min on-site time) is $175+GST. After hours, the emergency call out fee is $375+GST (inclusive of 30min on-site time)
What should I do while I wait?
If it’s safe, turn off your water at the mains. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you over the phone.
